Products & Product Information We make every effort to ensure that product images, descriptions, prices, colours, fabric details, and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However: Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, photography, lighting, and display. Minor variations in embroidery, prints, embellishments, or fabric may occur between product images and the actual product. Product availability is subject to stock. Some products may be available in very limited quantities. Product images are provided for representation and may not always show every detail of the actual product. All products are unstitched unless specifically stated otherwise. 3. Product Authenticity We are committed to selling authentic products and do not intentionally sell replicas or counterfeit products. Where applicable, branded products are identified by their respective brand names and collection details. We may contact customers by phone or WhatsApp to verify an order, particularly for Cash on Delivery orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) Cash on Delivery may be available on eligible orders within Pakistan. For COD orders, customers are expected to receive the parcel and make the required payment at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD parcels may result in restrictions on future COD orders. 7. Order Cancellation Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible through our official WhatsApp or contact channels. 8. Shipping & Delivery We currently provide delivery services across Pakistan. Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours, although dispatch times may vary during sales, promotions, public holidays, weekends, or periods of high order volume. Standard delivery within Pakistan generally takes approximately 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel needs to be re-shipped because of an incorrect address or customer-related delivery issue. 10. Returns & Exchanges Our Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all eligible products. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order if they believe they have received: A wrong product A damaged product A defective product An item significantly different from what was ordered Customers may be required to provide an unboxing video and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging to help us assess the issue. Products must generally remain unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition. Certain products, sale items, clearance items, or specially specified products may be non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
